Can I Be Terminated For Seeking Iowa Workers' Compensation Benefits?

Weeks & Leo Co., 429 N.W.2d 558 (Iowa 1988).  Termination and retaliation for someone seeking Iowa Workers' Compensation benefits can result in significant damages being owed by the Iowa employer to the employee, including lost wages.
