Nicholas Pothitakis is an experienced Iowa attorney focused on workers’ compensation and personal injury law. He earned his law degree from the University of Texas and has been fighting for injured workers since 1991.

Janet has been a paralegal since 1992 and joined Pothitakis Law Firm in 2005. She’s dedicated to fighting for clients and values faith, family, and staying active.

Cindi has worked in the legal field since 1986 and has been with Nicholas Pothitakis since 1995. She’s served as a paralegal at the firm since 2003.

Molly joined the firm in 2020 after working as a legal assistant in Des Moines. She holds a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa.

Kayla has been with Pothitakis Law Firm since 2012 and holds a degree in Office Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband Jesse and their dogs, Chip and Maggie.

Taylor earned her BA in Business Management in 2018 and brings leadership experience to the firm. After relocating from Kansas, she enjoys life in Iowa with her husband Henry and their dog—often with a good cup of coffee in hand.
